I have spoken to 2 people at AT&T/Cingular who said they cannot “push” the new firmware into a 6682. I’m stuck. Has anyone contacted Nokia directly?

help, my contacts will not back up when doing a full, or any type backup with nokia content copier, keeps giving a log file:
Failed to copy the following dats:
C:\System\Data\Contacts.cdb is there a possible chance, that i have too many numbers, and there is a glitch, where as nokia will not copy over a certain number of contacts?? I tried using the original nokia suite with 2.0 content copier, ther re installed the newest version of pc suite, with content copier ver. 4 and still get error messages, it will not copy/save/backup my contacts, help please!!!! my email is augierokstar@yahoo.com. thanks…

i have an answer for the firmware upgrade from v4.62 to v4.65. call cingular(att) and they will do an “over the air” OTA, upgrade for you. i found this out today which is SUNDAY and theyre closed.But i will try this for myself tomorrow. Good Luck!

This past weekend, I noticed my PDF reader had vanished from my Office menu. Then I went to show a friend my pictures, and they were ALL GONE. Now my memory card is showing that it is almost full, but there is nothing there. What do I do?
