I have spoken to 2 people at AT&T/Cingular who said they cannot "push" the new firmware into a 6682. I'm stuck. Has anyone contacted Nokia directly?

This past weekend, I noticed my PDF reader had vanished from my Office menu. Then I went to show a friend my pictures, and they were ALL GONE. Now my memory card is showing that it is almost full, but there is nothing there. What do I do?

I'm having the same problem as others mentioned. The machine detects the phone and lets me see it, but Nokia Software Updater says that the software can't be updated. I tried this with the Cingular (AT&T) product code, and also used NSS to change the product code to an unlocked 6682. It won't update it either way and it's driving me nuts because some people have obviously updated their phones this way.
